High Intensity Interval Training Group Exercise
Service Description
STRONG Nation is a High Intensity Interval Training Workout (HIIT) that combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training with the moves synced to music. Explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats and kickboxing elements. You will be shown low and high level options for each move, to modify your workout according to your fitness level. Each class contains four quadrants, starting with the warm-up and ending with abdominal and upper body conditioning, along with the cooldown/stretching, making STRONG a complete full body workout. Classes take place at The River Vibe Welless and Event Centre at 106 William St. North in Chatham, Ontario. When: Tuesdays at 5:30pm starting January 14, 2024 *Note that Jan. 21 and Feb. 4 will be rescheduled to alternate dates that same week* $45 for the 6-Week Series e-transfer can be made to: cristina24.11@hotmail.com
