Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. A $25.00 deposit is due at the time of booking your initial consult that will be applied to your investment of sessions. 2. At least two (2) business days (Monday to Friday) are required for any cancellations. If your appointment is cancelled at least two (2) business days in advance of your scheduled appointment, your booking deposit will be returned to you. 3. If your appointment is cancelled within two (2) business days, or as a “no show”, charges for the appointment will be applied by way of your consult deposit, or will be counted towards one of your sessions. 4. To book your first hypnosis session, payment in full is required, or 60% of the full investment as a deposit to secure your appointment. The remainder of your investment will be due thirty (30) days later. 5. If you decide to not continue with sessions before your program is completed, the sessions you completed up to that point will be calculated at an individual session cost and you will be refunded the remainder.
