1. Services

Cristina Ruscica provides hypnosis, wellness coaching, and related personal development services. These offerings are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this Website and book services.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

This section applies only if you are booking hypnosis or wellness services:

1. A $25.00 deposit is due at the time of booking your initial consultation. An invoice will be sent with the option to pay by e-transfer or credit card. Your consultation is confirmed once payment is received.
    

2. At least two (2) business days' notice (Monday to Friday) is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If proper notice is provided, your deposit will be refunded or applied to your new appointment.
    

3. If an appointment is cancelled with less than two (2) business days’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit may be withheld or applied against a prepaid package/session.
    

4. To secure your first hypnosis session, either payment in full, or 60% of the full program investment is required. The remaining balance is due 30 days later or before your final session, whichever comes first.
    

5. If you choose to discontinue before your program is completed, completed sessions will be calculated at the individual session rate, and any unused portion will be refunded.
    

4. Payments

All payments are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and can be made via e-transfer or credit card. Applicable taxes may apply.

5. Results Disclaimer

While hypnosis and coaching can support personal growth and clarity, results vary by individual. No specific outcome is guaranteed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (including text, graphics, videos, and documents) is the property of Cristina Ruscica and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cristina Ruscica is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of this Website or services, including any perceived failure to achieve results. We are also not responsible for any technical issues or service interruptions caused by third-party tools or platforms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
