1. Consultation Fee
A $25.00 fee is due at the time of booking your initial consultation. An invoice will be sent to you with payment options of either e-transfer or credit card. Once payment is received, your consultation date will be confirmed.

2. Cancellation Notice

At least one (1) day (24 hours) is required for any cancellations. If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least one (1) day (24 hours) notice, your booking fee will be refunded to you, or applied to your rescheduled appointment.

 

3. Cancellation Fee

If your appointment is cancelled with less than one (1) day (24 hours notice), or as a “no show”, charges for the appointment may be applied by way of retaining your consultation fee.
